NEW UPDATE
Sonar » Devlog
So guys we did it. The update that we wanted to get out the first few weeks after the jam is now out, 4 months later. Sorry ‘bout that. University and a motivation slump got in the way. But it’s finally here so shut up and play it.
What’s changed?
- There is now a main menu
- There is now a seperate tutorial level
- Some movement fixes
- Player moves slightly faster
- Player has iframes after getting hit
- Some performance improvements
- Bunny hop boosts have been slightly adjusted
- Better feedback for gun upgrades
- Gun bullets are much, much faster
- Gun damage, ammunition and bullet amount balancing
- Enemy health balancing
- A whole lot more enemy spawns (Good 20 minutes)
- Various bug fixes of all shapes and sizes
I hope you have fun with this, and do send me a screenshot if you get to the end of the arena. I would also appreciate any feedback you might have. Whether you comment here, send me a dm on Twitter (@Lephilion) or dm on discord (Phil#6109) doesn’t matter to me. It’s summer now so we should soon get started making a new and improved version of this. It’ll take time to show off anything though.
See ya.
